If a man chooses to have sex with a woman, is it by definition consensual?
If a woman has AIDS and is aware of it, and has sex with a man that asks her if she has any std's and she replies "no" and he has sex with her whereas he would have declined if he knew of her condition, is this consensual? I say it is not.
