How do actors have sex scenes and not ejaculate?

What if the actor was having a sex scene with someone like jessica alba. I don't think you can hold yourself other than to go all out. This is a serious Question.

They don't actually have sex and aren't completely naked. They are professionals and are used to working with attractive people. They aren't going to jizz their pants just from making out.
